I'm having trouble with the automated returns process.

We apologize if you are experiencing problems with the automated returns form.

In order to issue you a return number, please submit a ticket including the following information:

  • Your order number and name
  • The items you are returning (item number, name, color, and size)
  • The reason you are returning them 
  • If you wore the items outside of the house or washed them
  • If the garments still have the item tags on them
  • If you still have the original packaging
  • How you would like us to process your return (exchange, store credit, refund)
We will process your return efficiently and as quickly as possible.
