What do I do if I received a defective item?

Our garments undergo a strict and thorough quality control process. However, occasionally, an imperfect item will slip through or become damaged during handling and be shipped out. We sincerely apologize for this. If you have received a defective item, please submit a ticket using the 'Returns & Exchanges' option. Please let us know:
