How do I remove or replace an item on my order?

If you want to change your order, please submit a ticket to our customer support site, choosing the "About My Order" option.

Please tell us your name, order number, and the items you would like to change. If your order has not yet been processed, and the items you need are available, the changes will be made by our customer care specialists. Please note the total of your order may increase or decrease according the value of the item and the shipping costs associated with the new order total.
