In order to place orders using the UK site, you need to create a SHUKR-UK account by going to this page:  http://www.shukr.co.uk/login.aspx 

Choose a login (user-ID), and a password.  You will also need to fill out the shipping and billing addresses for your orders.  If this changes in the future, you can always change it.
