Sometimes, items sell out faster in the UK than they do in the US, and vice versa. Because of this, you may find an item you want on the other website and wish to order it. European customers, including those resident in the UK, should order from the UK site. Generally speaking, we can no longer accept orders from European residents in the US.

If you live outside of the United States, there is a $39.95 flat rate shipping charge for any size order.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by your government. We do not impose these charges at time of sale. These charges are due at the time of delivery. The best thing for you to do is to contact your local Customs/Imports office for more information on any applicable duties or taxes. SHUKR cannot be responsible for any customs duties charged by your government.

Finally, should you need to return or exchange the item, you will have to return it to the US. We cannot accept items ordered from the US at our UK distribution center.  Our order and distribution systems in the US are completely different from those in the UK.
