Sometimes, items sell out faster in the US than they do in the UK or Canada, and vice versa.  Because of this, a customer might want to order an item from the other country's website.  United States residents should order from the US website (www.shukronline.com) and Canadian residents should order from the Canadian website (www.shukr.ca) whenever possible.  Our UK, US and Canada sites have different ordering systems and different distribution systems.  Because of this, we cannot comply with any requests to simply "swap the stock" between the sites.

Although we will accept American and Canadian orders through our UK site, we want you to be fully aware of all involved costs and delays before you place your order.

If you live outside of Western Europe, there is a flat-rate shipping charge of £19.95 (approximately $41 US) for any size order. All orders are calculated in British Pounds. (You may wish to check current exchange rates by going to www.xe.com.) Because the prices on our UK site are in British pounds, you may find after converting the prices that you are paying slightly more for the garment than you would if you ordered from the US website.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by your government. We do not impose these charges at time of sale. These charges are due at the time of delivery. The best thing for you to do is to contact your local Customs/Imports office for more information on any applicable duties or taxes. SHUKR cannot be responsible for any customs duties charged by your government.

Finally, should you need to return or exchange the item, you will have to return it to the UK. We cannot accept items ordered from the UK at our US or Canadian distribution centers. Each distribution center has its own garment labeling requirements, so a garment ordered from a particular country's website needs to be returned to the same one.
