 You sent the wrong item. What do I do now?
Solution

The item that you received must have been mis-labeled. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Submit a ticket using the “Returns & Exchanges” option, and our customer care specialists will issue you a return authorization number. Please write that on the packing slip and include it in your return package. Please also get a tracking number from the shipper and send it to us.


Once you have completed the return, we will either send you the correct item or issue you store credit for it based on your preference. Let us know how much you paid in shipping costs so that we may promptly issue you a store credit in that amount.
