Solution

We apologize if you are experiencing problems with the automated returns form.

In order to issue you a return number, please submit a ticket including the following information:

* your order number and name
* the items you are returning (item number, name, color, and size)
* the reason you are returning them
* if you wore the items outside of the house or washed them
* if the garments still have the item tags on them
* if you still have the original packaging
* how you would like us to process your return (exchange, store credit, refund

We will process your return efficiently and as quickly as possible.
