We will cheerfully comply with your request provided you meet the return criteria. Refunds are processed once your return has been received and processed by our distribution department.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. In addition, you may be subject to a deduction for shipping. If you received FREE shipping on your order and the value of your remaining items falls below $150.00 in the US or £75.00 in the UK, you will be subject to a deduction for shipping.

For orders over $100.00 which include a FREE hat or hijab and the value of the remaining items falls below $100.00 or £50.00 in the UK, you will subject to a deduction for the value of the hat or hijab. If the hat or hijab was returned, you will not be subject to this deduction.
