Solution

At SHUKR, we want to make your exchange or return as easy as possible.

Conditions for Returns:

1. Item is not worn outside of the house
2. Item is in its original new condition
3. Item is not washed
4. Item is in original packaging and has all original tags attached
5. Item is mailed within 20 days from the date of purchase.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, please submit a ticket using the “Returns & Exchange” option, informing us of the conditions which are not met and we will suggest a suitable alternative.
